On average we spend 7-10 hours a day at our work place – we need to ensure these 7-10 hours per day, five days a week are fun and we feel like our cup is getting full.
To have the perfect day you need to feel full inside and I’m not talking about a big lunch. You have to feel accomplished at the end of the day.
This can be achieved by completing tasks that you set yourself daily and weekly.

Here are some helpful tips to set yourself up for a fabulous day:
The Night Before
- Hit the hay early – 9pm is a great time
- Plan to get your sweat on in the AM before work
- Pack your gym bag the night before
Early Morning
- Actually hit the gym in the morning! We love endorphins – they make us feel so good!
- COFFEE
- Protein rich breakfast
Starting Work
- Focus on getting difficult tasks done ASAP in the morning
- Write lists and tick them off as you go
During The Day
- Have a healthy lunch – we like these 10 Easy Healthy Work Lunches
- Afternoon healthy snacks
- Get moving – do some yoga stretches in-between patients (we love Lorna Jane’s Office Workout)
End of Day
- Reflection at the end of each day
- Keep a gratitude diary – each morning and night write in what you are thankful for!
